Linde Finsrud Wilson is the Managing Partner at HealthQuest Advisors, where she leads strategy and transaction engagements for healthcare organizations, corporate clients, and private equity investors. She brings more than 30 years of experience as an operator and advisor, with deep expertise in value creation, strategy development, and investment support. Known for her innovative approach, Wilson has helped organizations navigate entry into healthcare, evaluate growth opportunities, and develop strategies for long-term success.
Her prior leadership roles include serving as a health system CEO, COO, and CAO, leading PwC’s healthcare deals practice, and holding an executive leadership role at GE Healthcare. She is also Founder and Co-Chair of the Alliance for Innovation in Integrated Healthcare.
Wilson has served on national committees shaping the U.S. healthcare landscape and is a sought-after speaker, published thought leader, and adjunct faculty member. Her honors include Healthcare Innovator of the Year from the Health Forum, the Healthcare Leadership Award from the American Hospital Association, a Commendation for Economic Development, and the GE Sigma Award.
She attended Cornell University and earned her bachelor’s degree magna cum laude from the University of North Carolina and her MBA with honors from the University of Colorado Leeds School of Business.
